Your ascending sign depends on where and exactly what time you were born. I think its like what sign was rising in the sky at the time of your birth? Something like that anyway:)

There are tons of sites online that will give you a chart for free with ascending sign, etc if you fill out some info on your birth, where you were born, etc. Try googling birth chart or ascending sign or something. I don't know what site is best or most accurate sorry but there are lots of them.

You need your exact birth time, location and of course birth date.

The Ascendant or rising sign is an imaginary line calculated from the exact time and location in space. This line will divide the spaceand produce cusps showing house divisions numbered 1 thru 12.
