I'm going into 8th grade and I play soccer. Our high school is WAY to competitive for me and I wouldn't have a hope of making it onto even the freshman team. I want to start track now, but our middle school doesn't have that as an option. We don't even have anywhere you can run. I might be able to do it with the town in april though. I'm out of shape at the moment, whats a good way to get in shape and practice for track? I don't know if I'm better or long distance or what... Just give me as much information as you can! Thanks in advance=]
