How will Clayton County, GA losing its accreditation affect the surrounding Counties?

I know there will be a mass exodus of students, any other issues that might arise?

I know alot of people will be moving out to the surrounding counties Probably make them worst like when Fulton CO close all those projects and they move down here and look what happen. Clayton Co will surely lose property value so alot of places are going to turn to the ghetto and hood at least the ones thats wasnt affect from them moving from Fulton.
