How will I be not sleepy anymore in sciece class?? What should I do? Help me!!!!!?

  1. HI Y.

    Well, you know, you have to get a good night sleep every night to keep from getting sleepy,  but if Science class is sometime shortly after breakfast or lunch, that may be what is causing your fatigue.   Watch what you are eating.  No sugary sweets like soft drinks, cookies, candy, cake..etc.   Also wheat products can cause you to go into a ''low''...  breads, pastas.   It has to do with your glucose level and is not really easy to control because the normal things we eat are often sweet which is not really healthy for us.

    If you can,  try for one week to knock out the sweets... will be hard but you can do it...  do it as an experiment to see if this is what is causing your sluggishness during classes.

  2. 1. Have enough sleep everyday. (8-10 hrs.)

    2. You can drink Enervon.

    3. Try to be excited about your lessons so you won't fell asleep.

    4. Participate in the class.

    5. Focus on the topic.

  3. bring a water bottle and put it in your eyes

    its helped me lol, i was too worried about my eyes being irrated rather than going to sleep

    basically get better sleep and give yourself distractions from sleep

  4. take sum adhd meds, that will keep u focused and awake

  5. Just keep your mind on what you are supposed to be doing./

  6. just pay attention, simple as, you get smarter and sleep better on a night
