How will ND fare against USC in 2008?

The Trojans starting QB Sanchez is out and this is a better Irish team than last year. I'm not saying they'll win I'm just saying their chances just got a whole lot better. What do you think on the situation? And, will Sanchez be back by the end of the yr?

  1. I wish they could both lose.

  2. man usc is full of talent...although Sanchez is hurt their backup is still a stud and their defense is ridiculous...sorry to say but ND has little to no chance...they might hang in for a while but in the end USC will be to much

  3. Well this is coming from a Longhorn but...I think they will still lose to USC. USC has the best recruiting in the country. They are extremely deep and ND is, well, ND (last year was pitiful).

  4. Huge upset in the works.  USC wins by only 14 instead of 35.

  5. There is no chance in h**l that Notre Dame will even make it a game! This is going to be another embarrassing win for USC! Sanchez will be back in plenty of time for the game and NO team in the country is as loaded and deep as USC! You need to get back to reality and look at that HORRIBLE QB Clausen! The most overrated  player in the NCAA!

  6. ND will get smashed. Fact is, USC has another stacked defense and plenty of offensive firepower. The Sanchez injury won't affect the Trojan march. Back-up Mitch Mustain actually has more snaps as the former starting QB from Arkansas.

  7. i am a longhorn fan too. ND is going to get DESTROYED by USC this year. it wont even be close

  8. "...this is a better Irish team than last year."  Is it even possible for this year's ND team to be worse than the ND team from last year?

Even if Mark Sanchez is down for a long part of the season, it's not like it's gonna hurt USC.  They have Mitch Mustaine as their backup, and he was something like the top recruit in the country a couple years ago, and he was pretty d**n good in his one season at Arkansas.

Also, the game is AT USC.  The only way Notre Dame could win this game is if they came into the game as 41 point underdogs.

  9. Notre dame will keep it close for 10 minutes final score usc 45 ND 10.
