  1. It is too soon to consider all the nuts and bolts of what he wants to do.  The details will be worked out over time.  We have to wait to see just how he will accomplish all that he promises.  What he's done for now is to give us the broader picture.  This is what political candidates do.  They never give the nitty-gritty details.  He might not be able to deliver 100% on everything, but anything he does would be far better than the situation we now have in our country: a war that seems endless, growing poverty, lack of good schools, an economy in the toilet, lack of appropriate health care for the uninsured, job losses, mortage foreclosures, etc.  These are part of the legacy of George W. Bush and those who chose to elect and follow him.  Let's give Sen Obama a chance here.  I'm 67 years old and have seen several Presidents come and go.  Each of them make promises.  None of them know the details of those broad promises.

  2. He said it last night. Efficiency and getting rid of junk that doesn't work.

Don't let the Republicans brainwash you into thinking government is the problem and not the solution.

We, Us, the citizens who own this country determine whether or not our government is the solution or the problem.

  3. Well we won't be sending 10 BILLON dollars a month to Iraq if he's president. He wants raise taxes on the big oil companies who continue to record record revenue while Americans struggle to fill the tank.

  4. watch his speech, he said it loud and clear to you republicans

  5. taxes taxes and more taxes

  6. He has said repeatedly that he wants to raise taxes. He wants to start with the wealthy - anyone making 30k or more per year.

  7. He'll tax the h**l out of rich people.  It's not necessarily fair, but I'm not rich, so oh well.

  8. Shhh  that's not part of the Book of Obama and must not be discussed.
