I think he will get rocked.  He always seem to struggle against top tier hitting teams like the Philles.

Since he is the most consistent pitcher on the Pirates this season, I think he will do a good job. He will probably win the game as long as the Bucs can produce some runs for him. Also the Phillies were shut out their last game and their offense has been struggling lately.
