How will S.F. do this year in the NFL?

I love my niners,how are they going to fair this season?

Well i say they might win 5 games this year, Alex Smith hasn't prooved to the team that he is a NFL qb, he had a great year at Utah and really he has fallen apart since then.

they do a little better with Frank Gore fully healthy now. And with Isaac Bruce coming there.

Our offense has improved since getting Johnson, Bruce, Martz...etc. And we got more depth at the O-Line. So if we can just get some decent QB play from Alex Smith or Shaun Hill, we should be fine. Our defense is already solid with Patrick Willis leading the way. I see an 8-8 season if everything works out well.

I honestly think the Niners will surprise some people and win the NFC North. Mark my words.

I see a 8-8 record in their future.  The two quarterbacks are decent but I'm not that sold on both of them. Ike Bruce coming over from the rival St. Louis Rams gives them a dependable vet to go with the talented (and under-used) Vernon Davis.  The defense scares me and not in that '85 Chicago Bears kind of way. But a team with a competitor like Frank Gore, who will bust his balls just for an extra yard, you can never count them out. The NFC West is no longer the NFC Worst. It's gonna be an interesting division. The tripped out thing is that 8-8 could win it.
