price tag on the Argentinean striker.
The Manchester City captain, Carlos Tevez managed to score the highest amount of goals in the Premier League and that is the reason why he is currently considered to be one of the best strikers in the world. However, he could not keep his form intact while
playing for the Argentinean team.
