How will be the weather like in Argentina at the end of the month?

I am going to Buenos Aires June 23th-Jul 7th. How chilly it will be like? Going to Córdoba and Santiago del estero as well, what kind of clothes should I bring?

  1. I'm a USA citizen living in Argentina, in Buenos Aires.  At the end of June/first of July it's getting pretty chilly here usually.  The coldest times are mid-July through August.  In Cordoba even colder.  I would compare the winters here to those of the Midwest in the USA.  Temps will be below freezing at night and up to maybe 40's during the day.  You should bring your winter clothes and a good sturdy coat to block the wind and cold.  Layer to keep out the cold.


  2. I think it should be relatively cold since it is middle of winter time there.

    I think buenos aires climate is relatively warm comparated with more continental climates, but more inside and more southern in Argentina colder it become.

  3. I spent a few months working in Buenos Aires last year during April, May, and June. My last week ( mid June) was quite chilly, enough to wear sweaters and a scarf.
