  1. Probably never if we don't allow global warming to continue.  I am sure the Dinosaurs existed in a time of warmer temperatures and  higher Carbon Dioxide.  The warmer temperatures ensured more moisture in the air, more rainfall, and better vegetative growth supported by higher Carbon Dioxide.  A lot better theory than "An Inconvenient Truth" ala Al Gore.


  2. They are not coming back.  Nature selected against them.  Mammals today occupy the same niches that dinosaurs occupied in the Mesozoic era.  If there was a massive extinction of mammals, then they could possibly come back, but that is highly unlikely.
