Think about how you wrote your application essays to college.  You want to tell them anything about yourself which would make them believe that you are the right person for the job.  So depending on the job, you might want to tell them about anything which shows that you really are interested in what the company does, or that you have overcome obstacles, or that you have personal qualities they would appreciate (persistence, detail-orientation, motivational skills - it depends on the job).  Just do it in story form so that instead of saying, "I am a people person," you say, "As philanthropy chair of my sorority, I took what had been a tiny event and, with the help of my friends, raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for our charity by mobilizing all of our connections to fund our event."

Very simple. From the question u ask I assume that this must be ur first interview.

First when u sit down in an interview, don't ever be nervous. Sit as u sit in your class in front of ur professor. Normally the first qn is 'tell something about yourself'. Start with your wer u were born, wat ur parents are doing, the school u studied in, the college u graduated in. Mostly they will not stop u. They will expect u to keep talking. Then start talking about what kind of job u are looking for and tell them that this company meets everything and tats y u came. they should like u by the way u talk. dont show that u are desperate fro the job. be cool. and if u are done, just say "and that is about it". Then they will goto the second question.

If u dont know something, dont panic. Just think and tell that u dont know. At the last, Assure them that u are quick at learning things and tell that u will do ur best if u are provided with an opportunity. Be cool. All the best.
