Question:

How will i be able to wake up early?

ok, i'm used to staying up late and sleeping until the afternoon but school is on tuesday and i'll need to be up by 6:45 or so... What can I do to make sure i dont fall asleep during class or something or even not wake up to my alarm clock? is there a way that i can make myself not look tired for when i have to be at school??(oh, and it's very hard for me to go to bed early i can never fall asleep!!)

  1. It is hard to go to bed early I know. But sleep is very good for you. A lot replenishes when you sleep a good 8 hours. I would say tylenol pm until you get back on a normal sleep schedule. But when I was your age I would just stay up a whole day and night the before school started so that I was tired early the next night, and eventually I got a a normal schedule. This is not the best way to do it...but it works.


  2. Depending on your age, if you wear mascara and curl eyelashes at the tip, middle, and (as close as you can get to) the root.  This makes your eyes seem more awake, despite the fact you were up late studying.

  3. Take a 25 mg Benadryl capsule an hour before you want to go to bed.  If you don't usually take it for allergies, it will make you sleepy and you should be able to get to sleep early.
