How will i get a peacefull mind????

I feel all day stressed.even without any reason

  1. If you want to, you can trust God. But if you don't want to, then I suppose that this will only get worse.

The only way to get this answer is to ask within yourself,take a break move to the place where you usually found yourself away from all the routine work the sooner you be nearer to the nature your mind starts responding towards all your questions and your inner vibes start responding with a great positive attitude...nevertheless just do atleast one good deed everyday for anyone and you yourself find an inner satisfaction from inside.Believe it! it works.

  3. i get stressed too. i get depressed/suicidal for no aparent reason. i'm on this new medication called lamictal, but i don't think it deals with stress. here's some advice...

    1. listen to your favorite calm, relaxing music, or get a CD of sounds in nature (birds, wind, water, etc)

    2. do what you like best. i really like being outside, it's calm and relaxing to me, and there's not a lot of noise.

    3. find an activity to keep your mind off stressful things. like kayaking, hiking, swimming, boating, going on swings, hammocks, or whatever helps.

    4. if none of that works, you can go to a councelor, or ask your doctor about medication. i don't really believe in medicating, but if that helps you then it is definitly a way to go.

  4. Try to stop thinking about your problems , your daily schedule and take a short vacation sometimes.

  5. meditation is very tough...try something else...like some physical exercise..

  13. It is esy to say but difficult to achieve. The job of mind is moving from place to place like a monkey. It will not remain under your control for long. One can hold the thought process onlyn f for some time.

    To bring the mind to peace one should constantly practice and in the process one has to renounce several things, needs, ambitions etc.

    One should live in natural form. to get peaceful mind

  15. Try sitting down for a while and just clear your head, I find that if you sit and just try and focus on your breathing and not thinking about the stressful events of the day it helps. You could also go get a massage! they are amazing and definantly help to de-stress.

  16. Yes, Be humble , You will gain more by giving.

    Do three things everyday and You can change yourself and the world:

    1) Do one nice thing for yourself

    2)  Do one nice thing for your loveones.

    3) Do one nice thing for a total stranger regardless of thier believe, culture, s*x etc.

    The third one is hardest to do.

  24. Prayer. Ask God for peace of mind and guidance in whatever is stressing you, and you will recieve it.

  26. i used to do that,your mind now has a habit of being stressed over nothing.get a journal and start recognizing your thought behvior and anytime u start freakinf out just think of good things that make u happy.you,ll start getting used to thinking with a more relaxed mindframe. exercise releases endorphins which can also help,endorphins are a chemical that the body produces after physical exertion.gl
