How will i know if my claims at PhilHealth particularly doctor's PF are honored?

When i was confined at Perpertual Socour in Cebu on Feb 2-9, 2008, i personally paid the PF of my doctor? so i filed for a refund. how will i get to know if it is honored by PhilHealth? will i be hopeful for a refund?

Either way PhillHealth will send o you a statement called an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that will show your claim and the amounts they covered and if applicable a reimbursement check.

Phil-Health will tell you in the form of a nice big refund :-) (Maybe not big, but some is better than none)
