How will i know that my friend online on ym even thought he's invisible mode?

just IM him...

"The person APPEARS to be offline and will receive your messages after signing in."

You will see this is they are in actual SIGNED OUT MODE.

If they are legitamately offline you'll see this:

"The person is CURRENTLY OFFLINE and will recieve your messages after signing in."

That's kinda the point of invisible mode.  They don't want others to know.

You have to talk to your friend and tell them to let you know when they are online if they insist on hiding their status with invisible mode, assuming they aren't hiding from you.

you wont know, just click on their screen name and im them it will say they are on or off line

I contradict bluedaisy...

It always says "--- APPEARS to be offline and will receive your messages after signing in."

It NEVER says the person "IS currently offline"

BTW u cant find out unless u pm them and they reply(but y should they?)

Pretty much the same thing they said.  You won't know.  That's the blessing and the curse of invisible mode.
