Black liquid eyeliner-

^Apply around all of the eye thick but not crazy thick, and at the outer most corner of your eye curve it out a couple centimeters away from your face

Black Pencil Eyeliner for eyebrows-

^Just gently shade in your brows. If you want you can arch them extra for a more scary effect
