  1. Dude, your doing drama. To do drama you need those skill which you just said you lacked.

'i no absolutely none of them and I'm freakin out because im really paranoid, shy and insecure and find it impossible 2 make friends , what can i do !'

Just act confidence and it will turn out ok its only one subject just a few lessons just learn. But you will make freinds.

It is better not to think about it for now.

  2. The fact that you will be put into teams in drama will help you make new friends. I'm sure it won't be impossible for you to make new friends. I'm sure you have loads more now than your first day at school. Don't stress about it. If any class is going to be full of sociable people its drama!

  3. Look at it this way - the drama class should help bring you out of yourself & give you some much needed confidence from the sound of it, then you might get on better in new situations etc & not spend so much time worrying.

Try & see this as a new start & turn a negative in to a positive - you wanted to do drama not business related stuff so grab the opportunity with both hands & try to make the most of it.

  4. You will learn to get on with all the people there whatever you think.  A lot of women do drama too so that's a bonus.

  5. Good thing you didn't want to be an english major.

  6. when i picked my subjects i didnt know anyone in loads of them like accounting and everyone went to IT but the guy beside me was like that and just spoke to me so i just spoke back and we are best friends now.

when you go to your class for the first time just speak to people because they will probably feel the same as you. but remember, you are in there to learn and not speak and chat and all that c**p. ;)

  7. I cannot believe you are shy and retiring if you have chosen drama. You must have had the self confidence to have chosen it so use this confidence to get to know your fellow student. It will feel strange at first but you soon settle and get to know your group.

  8. chill out a bit more and go and see a docter?

  9. Life is like that..time to grow up and study the subjects you need...not the subjects your mates are doing!

  10. Just be yourself in the class and show everyone your drama skills and focus on doing well and having fun and people will start talking to you and want to be your friend. Just because your friends aren't taking drama it shouldn't stop you from having fun at something you like to do. Just relax and have fun, and everything will work out from there. Besides, its just one class and you have other ones that you'll see your friends in.

  11. Drama is one of those subjects where you will make friends without realising it, its very group orientated and you'll find you will simply just fit in with everyone without much thought to who they are and whether or not you know them. Plus there will be other people in the same situation and eager to find someone they can relate to.
