That there will be no s*x before marriage. Say he really loves me and cares about me, will he stick around. Is it a good test to see if they love me?

That will vary from guy to guy.   Some guys will be in agreement with that and even expect that to be the idea of the relationship.  Others may or will expect sexual relations during the dating period.  You have to decide what you wish for the relationship and stick to that.  If the guy isn't willing to go with that idea now, what other problems will arise later?  Any relationship involves a lot of give and take, but the key to making it work is a lot of communication.

you shouldn't use that as a test. dating is not a game. but yes if he does love you he will stay by your side without s*x. there are plenty of guys who want to wait for marriage too. Hi Lara, it shouldn't be a test, this is an awesome decision that you have made and the chap who get the privilege of being your partner should be of the same moral standards that you are so this is not a test but a line, a line showing the prospective partner were you stand and saying at the same time that you expect him to be at the same place or there is no future.

Depends on the guy.  Most guys are cool with it.  When I was a teen I took the same route, and decided to not have s*x before marriage.  But things got heated very quickly, and we ended up getting married after 2 months.  (7 years later still together)  It's very hard to resist, so plan on getting married real soon after the relationship starts.
