  1. Trust me go for Cardio. Hit the heavy bag as fast as you can for as long as you can until you cant punch anymore. Do that once a day. Its not about how hard you hit its about does your opponent see the punch coming. You build your cardio up and the strength will be there, but also the speed and endurance, and if he has that good enough chin he wont be able to keep up your pace. Good Luck
