an affluent culture in decline, plagued by a pseudo democracy that protected the have's more than the have nots.

But still the most powerful nation of our time, being hen pecked by potitical manipulations in other countries like latin america and middle east.

In the distant future, they will think of us as being excellent fertilizer for their fields...

I think they will have a good laugh at us for our beliefs and our petty squabbles which turned into wars over which religion had the real God.
