  1. They always get in a scientists way.  There are many discoveries and research that are on hold because of politics and where the economy is going.  If you are a scientist and love your work, this makes it hard for things like this to ruin your day.  It can be furstrating but, personally I just do my thing and not let the rest of the world get the best of me.

  2. See my pity case. I have designed an earthquake alarm at a cost of just U.S.$ 20 in the year 2001 to save the people from earthquakes and several other disasters. The concept was accepted by south Californian scientists. But our meteorological department  said it is useless to save the life of people. With the use of this instrument I gave the warning 2 hours before Tsunami struck our coast to local T.V.Stations.My warning was ignored. We lost 10,000 life in our country alone. Because of some political pressure the nodal agencies do not want to go in depth study about the usage of my various safety equipments. My design of safety equipments were accepted and appreciated by several scientists and seismologist. But even after 3 years of Tsunami attack the meteorological department has not come forward to find out what is the real cause for their failure and how I was able to issue the warning.
