How will stormchasers feel when technology is advanced enough to dissipate all tornadoes and hurricanes?

It isn't a simple matter of even being able to dissipate anything. Storms of all kinds arise when there is pent up atmospheric energy that needs to be dissipated. The other responder was right by saying that it'll never happen - but I would add that it isn't necessary. Humans will have to continue to adapt to whatever mother nature dishes out.
