The Pittsburgh Penguins, I think have 11 players becoming free agents this upcoming summer. Will they keep Hossa? Release, sign, or trade Malone? Let me know what you all think

  1. Hossa - Who knows right now......

Malone - He'll be gone. My gut feeling says the Wild will sign him.

Ruutu - They won't over pay for him, but they will try.

Laraque - I really don't know. His time might be done in Pittsburgh.

Conklin - Who knows. Like Ruutu the Pens won't over pay for him, but they will probably make an effort to keep him as backup. He's already stated he would love to be MAF's back up next year.

Dupuis - I hope he stays. He has mentioned that he would like too.

Hall - He'll be back. He proved he was very valuable in the SCFs.

Eaton - Something tells me he's out of here.

Orpik - He doesn't like Therrien, but says that his disliking will not be a factor whether he signs or not.

Taffe - They'll resign him. He's a good player to have in case someone gets hurt again.

Roberts - I think he'll retire the way he's been talking.

I've also been hearing possibilities of trading Sydor and bringing Alex Goligoski up from Wilkes-Barre.

  2. Hossa, Orpik, Ruutu, and Conklin are staying.

    Roberts will retire

Malone will be signed by a Western team (I hope its the Coyotes! my 2nd favorite team other than the Pens!)

Laraque is gone either to a SE team or a NW team.

Sydor will be traded or released.

    Goglioski will be brought up.

Letang will be there on opening day.

    Eaton is gone.

Malkin will be resigned to the largest contract in Pens history

Fleury will get a Sidney contract.

  3. i know this doesnt answer the question but i just want to say that everyone thinks that the penguins are going to be amazing next year but i think the same thing that happened to the senators this past year will happen to pittsburg

in other word the penguins r screwed in the long term

  4. Penguins better keep Ryan Malone. I don't know what i'll do without having him on the team.....
