is this true? I was just in India for 3 weeks and did not hear this. if it is true, which I find hard to believe, the already crazyily dangerous roads are going to be a total deathtrap!

What?  Do yo umean they're lowering the legal driving age to 14?!?!?

They're trying to raise it in the rest of the world!!

I predict there will be more and more accidents, silly things like carelessness and speeding, showing off, that kind of thing.
