How will the humans react?

Question

So, say that someone wanted to have a few dozen people living in a mansion (Real World Style). Each person would be equipped with a device which will administer and electric shock. Each person would have the ability to activate the device and control the intensity, however once activated it will shock all of the test subjects including the person who activated it. What do you think will happen?

You'd find out really fast who the sadistic ones were.

My guess would be that as tensions rose, those bullied would administer shocks to seek revenge even though it meant suffering the same fate.  Kind of like how a neighborhood goes downhill when everyone tries to destroy the property of others even though they have to live there. I believe it's called "digging your own grave".

there was a Simpsons episode where they were all strapped to chairs and had the ability to shock anyone, it was hilarious how they just kept shocking each other and didn't solve the problem they were there to discuss

under neath the thin surface of politeness humans being quickly revert to animalistic behaviour look at what happened after hurricane katrina I imagine everyone would shock everyone else for the least little reason
