How will the mavs do the next season?

The Mavs will probably do ok. They might get 5th or sixth in the western conference. I think they will make the playoffs because they have Jason Kidd and Dirk. they also play very good. They might make it to the second round of the playoffs if there lucky. They have a good chance. I don't think that they will be champions.

The Mavericks will make the playoffs as a 7th or 8th seed. Mavs are declining right now Jason Kidd is not the same player he was like 5 or 6 years ago. They struggled against teams with records above .500 last season. To me they should have kept Devin Harris he is young and a rising PG in the league. The Jason Kidd trade didn't make sense to me. The Mavs traded a 35 year old declining PG for a 25 rising young PG that doesn't make sense.

Jason Kidd stats last season:

10.8ppg 10.1apg 7.5rpg 1.7spg

Devin Harris stats last season:

14.8ppg 5.8apg 2.7rpg 1.4spg

I would take Harris over Kidd right now. Jason Kidd is goin to retiring pretty soon.
