How will they decide who wins the Burnout Competition?

If they are using judges, who are they going to be?

i saw bowyer describing how it will work on speed tv yesterday, and it seems as though it's more a timed thing (with penalties for hitting cones) than anything else.  straightaway drag-style burnout followed by a couple of donuts right before the start/finish line, followed by more straightaway burnout into a makeshift "victory lane" on the track, fashioned out of orange cones.

but there are hints that style, or crowd reaction, might play some part in it.  one driver supposedly hinted he will try to spell something during the donut section.  and according to a nascar.com article:

(quote) Saturday night Harvick will aim to purposely inflict damage, going for style points. "Just blow the tires out," he said. "That's what I'm going for. Just pop the tires."

But then, how will he get to Victory Lane? "Oh," he said, "we can walk." (endquote)
