Besides weight-loss, how will these changes affect my overall health. (the more technical of an answer the better. thanks alot)
Eating a little over a cup of green vegetables a day (broccoli, spinach, green beans)
Started to drink 8 cups of water a day.
Bowl of cereal for breakfast (Cheerios and rice krispies)
small lunch (small serving of whatever i have. healthy or not healthy food)
Either an apple or an orange a day.
Grapes and cherries as snacks
and a normal dinner (im italian so Pasta, fried chicken cutlets, pizza, grilled chicken, steak, and rice and potatoes as general side dishes for many meals)
So my dinner will generally stay the same with my current routine, but if i make all of the other additions to my day, besides weight loss which is an obvious effect, what other positive things will happen to my body?
