I would just like to emphasize his point that you study volleyball.  Volleyball is constantly changing.  Techniques and rules are changing every year.  Attend coaching clinics.  Watch volleyball live and on television.  Attend rules clinics to keep up on the newest rule changes.  You want to be the best coach and trainer every year.
