How will you define "Electronic toys"?

Talking about Small "Electronic Toys" for kids not gaming console like playstation & xbox.

I would define them as having a micro chip somewhere in them.. creates noise or movement and relies on a battery or a solar panel to provide energy for it

Any toy that requires batteries or electricity could be classified as an electronic toy. Sadly today thats about 80% of all toys on the market.
