Not all men are stronger than all women, so rape can happen in both directions. Also you have to consider mental leverage - a woman can be the boss of a man or tell him she will scream if he doesn't, or if he fights back she can say that she will accuse him of rape. Unfortunately, as most men knows, if a guy and a girl have ruffled clothes and the woman screams rape, the guy will not be believed if he says it was the other way around. A woman does have a lot of emotional and mental leverage like that which they can use.

Also there is the possibility of a meek man easily being pushed around simply because a strong-willed lady is pushing him around. He might be pushed all the way into the bedroom without a thought to physically defend himself. Using physical force is something many guys these days would not even contemplate, especially against a woman. Those guys that would are more likely to be on the other side of the equation, being the perpetrators rather than the victims.

Rape can happen either way, and not all of us blokes are stronger than all women.  Remember that rape:

Does not require penetration, by a p***s or anything else

Can involve forced penetration where a woman forces a man to penetrate her.  Despite many claims otherwise, it is indeed possible for a man to have a functional erection and NOT want to have s*x.  It is called "contact arousal", and it can happen in times of fear and anxiety.

This happened to a friend of mine. I had no idea- he tore into the living room shouting "Hide me" so we put him inside the couch and every piled on the couch... then this very weird girl comes in looking for him, gives up and leaves.

After we pulled him from the couch we discovered that he'd woken up in his bed with this girl he didn't even know (or remember) having s*x with him. He was kind of an oddball himself, but this really freaked him out.
