How woul you rate this SAT II grade?

Question

I got a 670 on Mathematics Level I, without studying or taking a practice test or anything. I just took the test thatday because I felt I could at leats get a 650, which I apparently did. My mom says not to retake it because I'm going to take other SAT IIs like French, US, and possibly Physics (after AP).

Also I got a 800 on World History this year and a 730 on Biology E last year.

A 670 is not a bad grade at all, its really good.  But if you know that you can do better i think you should take it, i took the math I in June and i got 720 with out studying.  Its better i think to have more tests, so also take the french, US, and physics.  I am taking the same thing next year except i am taking math II instead of french.

WOW- Congrats on your World History. And that Biology score is pretty good, too.

Just asking: where are you applying? To my knowledge, the UC system, if you're wanting to apply there, won't accept Math Level 1, only Level 2. If Math isn't your forte (which judging by your other more phenomenal scores, it may not be), you probably should focus on the other subjects you listed. That Math score is only just okay for most colleges, especially since it's Level 1. Also, unless you're striving for closer to 800 than 730 on the coming SAT 2 Tests, you might not need to take any more subject tests. Your World History and Biology E scores should suffice.

800 on Math Level 2 (I found this test hardest, ironically; there must be a curve, then)

800 on Chemistry
