  1. Depends on how you market it.  'Doctor Caliente' might work, but then again people can be picky.

  2. would do well in the english parts of spain eg benidorm torrevieja marbella etc...

  3. or you could call it Doctor del Pimiento, or just doctor pimiento,

Or, like so many American products, they would just leave the label as is, and call it Doctor for short.

It would probably do as well as any other soda.  You mean they haven't tried it yet?

And, T-Man, they wouldn't call peppers caliente in Spain, they are Picante.  And, no, that probably wouldn't sell very well.  Who wants a spicy flavored soda, anywhere, but especially where the picante flavors don't really dominate, anyway.  And who would want a Hot soda?  Nope.  It would need some different renaming.

  4. Fantastic i LOVE Dr. Pepper and can only get it in 1 shop where i live.

If you are a supplier PLEASE bring some to the Costa Blanca.

  5. You would need to reinvent the name as it wouldn't translate into Spanish. As for the drink, I won't drink it but the youngsters here in Spain might.

Edit;  This would be Dr. Pepper in Spanish...."Pimienta de Medico
