  1. That change is for digital signals not analog. It is not for High def TV vs standard def TV.

    If the motel has cable or a satellite dish they will not be impacted.

    If they want to stay competitive they probably will need to go HDTV anyway. Around the time of the changeover there are sure to be lots of HDTVs on sale and they can scoop them up then.


  2. Unless the rooms are as nice as the tvs the impact wont be that great, also the tvs must be at least 40'' for a full hd experince
