How would I clean a vinyl toddler mattress and what are the safest products?

I bought this gently used toddler mattress and need to dinifect it and clean it thoroughly... its not fabric.. its like vinyl or something so it can get wet.. what products are safe to use on it?

The cover that goes over our matress is a vinyl material and I use clorox wipes to wipe it down really well about once a week sometimes every other week.
