I need to calculate the number of moles of each salt formed at the equivalence point (based on the concentration and volume of base used) for a practical I did.

How would I go about doing this?

  1. Assume HCl + NaOH --> H2O + NaCl

    1 mole of NaCl for for each mole of HCl (or NaOH) at equivalence.

    mL x Molarity = millimoles (1 millimole = 0.001 mole)

    L x Molarity = moles
