How would I erase the sites i entered in the search bar?

go to tools

click on internet options

click on content tab

go to autocomplete section

click on settings

uncheck all the boxes and this will stop the drop down menu of the history of your searches from appearing.

if you got i.e.7 then look at your right top corner and you will see a sprocket(wheel) click on that and a box will come up then click on delete history browsing click on it and another box will pop up then a little small box will appear and click yes on it and it will erase all the sites and hisroey that you been in.

on your browser, go to Tools then to Internet options.

click on delete under Browsing history. Click OK

then click clear history

go  to edit and put clear toolbar history. if u don't have aol .go to  web browser settings and press delete browsing history
