PLEASE READ !!!!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW ITS LONG BUT PLEASE READ IT !!

I'm going to get straight to the point. Here's my problem, I keep losing weight constantly, no matter what I do. I have a serious metabolism or something because no matter how much I eat I never gain weight, and believe me, I eat alot. I even work out and take protein, and when I do, I only gain a pound or two, and lose it again and I can't even tell if I gained muscle or not. That's my problem.

I'm 6'0, pretty tall.

I'm 16 and I'm asian.

I'm pretty skinny, well alot of asians are, and here's what I want to do. I want to gain lean muscle so that I can weigh more. I want to be stronger, heavier, and bulkier.

I think my main issue is my bedtime. I usually wake up around 2 - 4 in the afternoon and I sleep at like 2 - 4 in the morning. Well it's the summer and I'm pretty nocturnal. So please, can anyone tell me what I need to do so I can be heavier, stronger, and bulkier?

For example, how much I should eat and how much I should work out as well as how much sleep I need and please explain why. I'd like to know as much as I can about my body so I know how to take care of it in the right and healthy way.

Best answer goes to the one who does this. Thanks !!

  1. You need to do specific work outs, like focusing on your arms and chest. When you say work out, what do you do? And how long have you been doing it for?

You need to do a minimum of 20mins a day, and results won't really start to show for a month or two. Keep working at it, keep eating high protein foods, cut out the sugars and fats, and you'll be bulked up in no time!
