How would I get OUT OF Disney Channel?

Alot of people are asking on how to get on Disney Channel, but everyone knows that Disney is a vortex, and they keep you in with them, doing crappy shows and DCOM's, and basically your career is ruined. Shia LaBeouf is a lucky fellow. He got out of Disney and is a famous and good actor. How would you do that?

Quit your job with them once you've gotten a better offer. Disney will drive you crazy until you are 55 and play an adult actor on a kid show.. You could also leave the country, but that is not suggested.
