At my last dentist visit I was getting a few fillings, only to have the stupid dentist drop a chunk of the filling he was getting ready to put into my mouth into my left eye. I told him and he flushed it out, however he did not get it, and I told him this. He said he did, and not to worry. Well within 10 minutes i noticed a little scratch in my eye when it would move, so i knew it was still there and started to flush it out with as much water as I could only to get it to the very edge of my eyelide then it would start to hurt, and not being able to take the pain anymore I would move my eye, and it would get stuck back inside again. I get no pain from it, just a scratching sensation here, and there. I have still tried from to time to get it out but I still havn't been able to, any advice? If I can't find any usefull info here I will probably go to the doc wich I should have probably done a long time ago :)

  1. It is probably out...but you are feeling the scratch...you can use some eye drops to lubricate it, it should heal up in a couple of days....

  2. that really sucks. your dentist sounds like a bit of an idiot.

i'd just go to the doctor, stuff in eyes would freak me out.

    good luck

  3. go to an eye doctor soon
