How would I get a small animal, such as a mini lop bunny, accustomed to a harness & leash?

I'd like to be able to take the bunny out of her pen & let her get some more exercise.

once you get it used to it, which would take a little time everyday it could use it every where. Be careful of other animals attacking your rabbit thoe.
