Question:

How would I get nail polish off a wall without ruining the paint on the wall or the wall itself?

My cousins little boy thought he'd be creative and dumped a lot of polish onto the wall. Luckily its only a somewhat medium sized patch of nail polish and can be hidden by furniture, but only for the time being.

  1. Remove a small chip of the paint (about an inch square) from a inconspicuous place and bring it to a paint store or home depot.  Have them match the paint with they're paint matching equipment, buy a small can of paint and paint over it, or use goof-off and remove both the nail polish and old paint, and then paint over it...Anything else will just look like you "tryed" to take off nail polish.

  2. Try a Mr. Clean magic eraser. Those things are amazing!
