How would I get to the North Concord/Martinez BART station from Fairfield at around greenvalley middleschool?

I am trying to know how to get to San Francisco from Fairfield at around green valley middle school area and was wondering if anyone knew which buses to take to get to the North Concord/Martinez BART station!!!!

Okay, get to solano mall (or westfield mall) in fairfield..then you can take the bus 85 to vallejo and you can get bus 80 to el cerrito which will drop you off at the bart station which you can get to SF.
