How would I go about finding jobs with transportation to and from work provided?

I live in Detroit and I don't have a vehicle or a reliable ride.

I search on monster.com,careerbuilder,and snagajob,and came up with nothing.

Most employers consider it the employee's responsibility to get to/from work.

Nobody is going to provide you with a ride.  Get a car or get a job close to public transportation.
