How would I go about getting a book made up?

My boyfriend writes interesting blogs, and I was wondering if there's a way of putting it into a properbook; not a book that's homemade with laminated front and back covers. Is there a way of doing this without getting it published as I think it would make a good present for him

Yes, you can take it to a book-binders and ask them to bind it into proper leather covers.  They often bind theses and dissertations for university graduates.  I've put a link below but it was just the first one I got from the search engine.

Google 'book-binding thesis' and then narrow it down to your local area.
