How would I go about getting a custom action made for a custom gun?

I was wanting to build a custom lever action rifle, I wanted to have a custom action made, how would I go about that?

Go to a local gunsmith and talk to them, your not gonna order a custom barrel off the Internet!

A double lever gun?  That would be a custom.  You would need probably $10-15K just to get it made up without the stocks and barrels.  That will be an expensive proposition for an entire gun.  I have seen a picture of a bolt action double rifle.  It was not too successful.

Are you wanting this to be a double repeater rifle

Either way

Draw your contraption up and find a machine shop to make it

Or contract a smith or manufacturer to create a design to your specifications
