How would I go about getting a dental internship?

I am a 16 year old male from Bergen County NJ. I have a gpa of around 3.7, and I also attend a prestigious all boys catholic school. I am an aspiring Dentist who would really like an internship. I have access to trains and busses into NYC (which is only a short commute away). Does anyone have any Idea as to how I could obtain an internship in the city? Obviously not for this year, for next year.

I'm also great with people, which helps?

Get a listing of dentists and then go see them with your cv prepared, you should get some1 who will help
