How would I go about getting a grant for affordable, safe housing?

In the County where I live there are no RV parks that are safe. There are a few in the bad side of town that could be redeveloped and made safe. I would like to either get money to buy those properties and redevelop the area or just buy some land in the same city. There is a huge need for this type of housing in my area.

There are no grants for investment property.   You want to invest?  You go right ahead, invest your money, not the tax payers.

HUD already does what you are talking about.

But, as a private investor you need to spend your own money, not mine.
