There are a number of good schools that specialize in radio. Even if you're not in one of the partner schools for a scholarship, contact the John Bayliss Broadcast Foundation for more info. on internships.

Bigger companies have structured programs, check their websites: Clear Channel, Cox, Cumulus, Citadel, Emmis, Entercom, Salem, CBS, Saga and others all have programs and are easy to find.
